Wine Review: Wow,
who would ever call Yellow Tail understated? But here it is. Nice but light
aromas of orange, grapefruit, apple, earth and flowers. Lemon, grapefruit, apples,
and a little lime on the light palate. Good acidity, pleasant finish, and decent
minerality.
Personal Review: This wine had a very flowery and pear like spell to me. It had a pretty bitter taste to it but I couldn't figure out the actual taste of it. Surprisingly the aftertaste of this wine didn't taste like the wine itself. I did not try this wine with food, but I probably wouldn't choose to drink it again.
