Wine Review: In color, this is almost white. There is some attractive acidity and the soft wine will slip down easily with just a touch of red currant. The result is a lightly mineral wine that is refreshing and good for an apéritif.

Personal Review: The color of this wine was a very light golden color (unless that was just the tint of the bottle it was in.) The aroma had a very strong hint of honey. The wine was not as strong on the palette as it was in the throat and it had a very strong aftertaste. To me this wine had the taste of blood. I wouldn't drink it again and I did not try it with food.
