Wine Review: Brilliant
emerald straw color. Aromas and flavors of brazil nuts, creme fraiche, and kiwi
and starfruit with a silky, lively, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and an
effortless, engaging, medium-length watermelon, yellow apple, and clementine
finish. A delicious, artfully balanced soave with a great range of fruit
flavors.
Personal Review: To me this white wine had an strong aroma of pear. I tasted small hints of starfruit within. This wine had a sweet after taste in my throat. It wasn't my favorite white wine, but it definitely wasn't the worst. I did not try this wine with food but I could see myself drinking it will some light horderves.
