Tasting- Pieter Cruythoff

Wine Review: A wonderful nose of
bananas, oranges and melons jumps from the glass of this 100% Chenin Blanc,
which is finished with a screw cap. Another great value from South Africa, this
wine is medium-bodied, fresh, lively, and a terrific dry white to drink over
the next year.
Personal Review: This wine definitely tasted more bitter and sweet than the first wine. I didn't mind this wine as much (because I like more sweet rather than less), but it definitely wouldn't be one that I just sit down and sip on. I could taste a few hints of tropical fruit, but nothing overly strong on the palette. I did not taste this wine with food.
