Wine Review: Shiraz has a unique jammy fruit character that is well represented in the Sweet Red. Both on the nose and on the palate, jammy fruit, like strawberries, cherry pie and red licorice, entices the senses and pair well with cheeses and desserts.
Personal Review: To me this shiraz had a sweet aroma of rasberries. The wine tasted very sweet, but had a relatively dry/bland aftertaste. This wine had a slight flavor of honey and pomegranate. I did not try this wine with any food, but I would have liked to have a nice piece of chocolate cake along with it.
