Wine Review: The 2014 Ribolla Gialla shows more minerality, nice quince, white currant and citrus oil notes, a dry, refreshing mouthfeel and a fragrant bouquet.

Personal Review: This wine has a pear smell. It's less strong on the palette and more lingering in the back of the throat. It tastes like citrus-more specifically lime. I did not try this wine with food.
